Shower before your appointment

Make sure your hair is a quarter of an inch long (the length of a grain of rice )

The day before your appointment you can gently exfoliate your skin with a sugar scrub or exfoliating glove

Take ibuprofen/Advil 20 minutes before your appointment, this can help ease any irritation from waxing

Wear loose clothing to your appointment such as a dress or maybe sweats in the colder seasons
After Care

Continue to wear loose clothing after your appointment

Exfoliate your skin with a sugar scrub a week after your wax

Keep your skin moisturized

Avoid wearing tight clothing after your waxing

Avoid activity that will cause rubbing of the skin that may cause irritation
